The project to transform the fashionable Mount Stephen private club into a hotel started in the summer of 2013. This $25M project was awarded the Canadian Architect Architectural Excellence Award for originality of design. Following a call for tenders, LE GROUPE JENACO won the bid for everything related to plumbing, natural gas, and the mixed water system for this prestigious hotel.
This 90-room, 11-storey hotel project also includes five floors of parking. This project will keep a team of at least ten people from the Saint-Hubert company busy for 24 months.
