Le Groupe Jenaco will be part of a brand new condo project in the Ville-Marie borough as it has been awarded the plumbing and gas contract for the One Viger project.
The project will comprise 91 condominium units on nine floors, ranging in size from studios to two-story penthouses. Located near restaurants and most major downtown attractions, this housing project will be carried out by Groupe Daca, a firm that has been active in the real estate market for nearly 25 years.
Groupe Jenaco’s founder and president Jean Turgeon stated, “We are very excited to begin a new partnership. In addition to many years of experience, we have some similarities with the Daca Group, including having contributed to several prestigious projects in the downtown area. We will undoubtedly be able to demonstrate our know-how and work in close collaboration with our new partner to make this project a success.”
A team of eight pipefitters from the building mechanics company that specializes in piping will be working on the site starting in August 2021. Work on this housing project will extend over several months with an estimated delivery in the year 2022.
